  • Upload selections to JobTread for tracking.
  • Submit building permits and finalize pre-construction details.

Construction

(6-8 Months)

  • Begin with excavation, foundation, and framing.
  • Install plumbing, HVAC, electrical, insulation, and drywall.
  • Add exterior finishes, cabinetry, tile, countertops, and flooring.
  • Complete final inspections, landscaping, and final touch-ups.
  • Conduct a detailed walk-through before closing!
